Treasury funds go toward legal infrastructure (foundation structures, constitutional frameworks), territory research (feasibility studies, land acquisition analysis), governance systems (DAO, citizenship protocols), and human support (living stipends for citizens).

Once deployed, all transactions on Base mainnet (Chain ID: 8453) will be recorded on-chain. Top contributors will earn DAO voting rights on treasury allocation.
